- It is located near Chettinad Hospital And Research Institute.

- The rental charges of the venue is Rs. 75,000 for 24 hours and Rs. 35,000 for 12 hours.

- In house catering is available, one can bring their own caterer as well.

- In case of in house catering, number of pax exceeds 250, then only per plate charges has to be paid.

- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost, with price starting from Rs. 5,000, one can bring vendor of their own choice as well.

- 2 changing rooms will be available as complimentary for a 12 Hours event, 2 changing and 5 guest rooms will be available as complimentary for a 24 Hours event.

- Has an ample space for parking, having a capacity for up to 40 cars at a time.

- Advance payment of Rs. 10,000 has to be paid at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.

- 18% GST will be applicable.
