- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering. Outside caterers are not allowed.

- Spaces can be rented without food, in that case the rental charges will be Rs. 5,000 per hour for Chamber and Rs. 4,000 per hour for Seminar.

- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost with price starting from Rs. 5,000; one can bring vendor of their own choice as well.

- In house DJ is available for minimum of Rs. 7,000; outside DJ's are allowed as well.

- 1 room will be available as complimentary for more than 100 pax.

- Has a parking space for up to 30 cars at a time.

- Advance payment of Rs. 5,000 has to be paid at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.
