- It has one open terrace as which is used for buffet.

- The rental rental charges of the venue are Rs. 5,20,000 for 24 hours and Rs. 2,60,000 for 12 hours.

- In house catering is not available, one can bring their own caterer. Only vegetarian food is allowed inside the premises.

- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost, with price starting from Rs. 2,00,000; outside vendors are not allowed.

- In house DJ is not available, one can bring their own DJ.

- 2 changing and 6 guest rooms are available as complimentary.

- Full rental has to be paid at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.

- 18% GST will be applicable.
