- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering.
- One can bring their own caterer, in that case the rental charges will be Rs. 80,000 for 24 hours and Rs. 40,000 for 12 hours, for Orchid Lawn, and Rs. 1,00,000 for 24 hours and Rs. 50,000 for 12 hours, for Orchid Hall.
- Venue provides decoration at extra cost with price staring from Rs. 10,000; outside vendors are not allowed.
- In house DJ is not available, one can bring their own DJ with license.
- 2 rooms are available as complimentary.
- Has an ample space for parking, having a capacity for up to 150 cars and 200 two wheeler at a time.
- Advance payment of 20% has to be made at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.
