- It is located near Babuji Ashram.

- The rental charges of the venue are Rs. 10,00,000 for Palace 1, Rs. 7,00,000 for Palace 2 and Rs. 9,00,000 for Palace 3, for 24 hours.

- There is also a separate rental package for Brahmin weddings, and the rental charges are Rs. 11,00,000 for Palace 1, Rs. 8,00,000 for Palace 2 and Rs. 10,00,000 for Palace 3, for 2 days.

- In house catering is available, outside caterers are not allowed. Allowed only in exceptional cases.

- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost, with price starting from Rs. 2,00,000 for Palace 1, and Rs. 1.50,000 each for Palace 2 and 3; outside vendors are not allowed.

- In house DJ is available for Rs. 10,000; outside DJ's are not allowed.

- 8 rooms will be available as complimentary with each of the Palaces.

- Has an ample space for parking, having a capacity for up to 500 cars at a time.

- Full rental has to be paid at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.

- 18% GST will be applicable.
