- It is located near Chennai International Airport.

- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering, outside caterers are not allowed.

- Spaces can be rented out without food for corporate events, in that case, rental charges will be Rs. 35,000 each for Radha Hall and Aparna Hall, Rs. 30,000 for Anitha Hall, Rs. 15,000 each for Sukanya Hall and Madhumita Hall and Rs. 10,000 for Vijayta Hall. Lobby lounge cannot be rented out without food.

- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost, with price starting from Rs. 10,000; outside vendors are not allowed.

- In house DJ is not available, one can bring their own DJ by paying Rs. 3,000 as electricity cost.

- 2 rooms will be given as complimentary in case of big events like marriage, for 4 hours and 1 room will be given as complimentary in case of small events like birthday parties, for 4 hours.

- Advance payment of Rs. 5,000 has to be paid at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.

- 18% GST will be applicable.
