- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering. Outside caterers are not allowed.
- Spaces can be rented without food for corporate events, in that case, rental charges will be Rs. 1,50,000 for Carnation, Rs. 50,000 for Tulip and Rs. 20,000 for Board Room.
- Carnation can be divided into three different halls, namely Carnation 1, Carnation 2 and Carnation 3.
- Venue does not provide decoration but can refer to vendors, one can bring their own vendors as well.

- Advance payment of 50% has to be made at the time of booking. If booking is cancelled between 90 to 180 days before the event 25% will be deducted, cancelled between 30 to 90 days before the event 50% will be deducted and if cancelled with less than 30 days to go for the event 100% will be deducted i.e. no refund.
- 18% GST will be charged along with 5% service charge.
