- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering. Outside caterers are not allowed.
- Spaces can be rented without food for corporate events, in that case the rental will be Rs. 20,000 for Lilly and Rs. 40,000 each for Lotus and Jasmine.
- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost, with price starting from Rs. 5,000; one can bring vendor of their own choice as well.
- Playing DJ is not allowed in venue.
- 1 room will be available as complimentary.
- Has an ample space for parking, having a capacity for up to 50 cars and 200 two wheeler at a time.
- Advance payment of 50% has to be made at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.
- 18% GST will be applicable.
