- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering. Outside caterers are not allowed.

- Spaces can be rented without food for corporate events, in that case, the rental charges will be Rs. 20,000 per hour for Crown Hall, Rs. 15,000 per hour for Paradise Hall, Rs. 10,000 per hour each for Regency 1 and Regency 2.

- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost, with price starting from Rs. 4,000; one can bring vendor of their own choice as well by paying caution deposit of Rs. 2,500.

- In house DJ is available from Rs. 8,000; one can bring their own DJ as well by paying electricity cost of Rs. 3,000.

- 1 room will be available as complimentary for small events like birthday parties, and 2 rooms will be available as complimentary for big events like marriages.

- Has an ample space for parking, having a capacity for up to 100 cars at a time.

- Advance payment of minimum Rs. 10,000 has to be paid at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.
