- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and decoration. Outside caterers are not allowed in any of the cases, be it social or corporate.
- Venue spaces can be rented out without food, but for corporate events only, in that case the rental charges will be Rs. 3,50,000 for Samavesh, Rs. 2,50,000 each for Sandesh and Maple, Rs. 90,000 each for Fern and Olive, Rs. 30,000 each for Pine and Fondue, and Rs. 20,000 each for Harappa, Hampi, Indus and Sabha.
- Venue provides decoration at extra cost with price starting from Rs. 20,000; outside vendors are not allowed.
- 2 rooms will be available as complimentary for more than 250 pax.
