- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering. Outside caterers are not allowed.
- Spaces can be rented without food as well for corporate events like interviews, exhibitions, etc., in that case, rental will be charged.
- Westminster and Windsor can be divided in to two halls. On the ither hand, Cambridge and Oxford can be rented together for Rs. 1,00,000.
- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost, with price starting from Rs. 30,000; one can bring vendor of their own choice as well.
- 1 room will be available as complimentary for up to 4 hours for big events like marriage.
- Advance payment of 50% has to be made at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.
- 5% GST will be applicable.
