- The Vijay Park Arumbakkam is located near Arumbakkam Metro Station.

- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering. Outside caterers are not allowed.

- Spaces can be rented out without food for corporate events, in that case, rental charges will be Rs. 70,000 for Appadurai Nadar Hall, Rs. 50,000 for Nesam Hall, Rs. 30,000 each for Radha, Anitha and Maharajan Nadar Hall, Rs. 25,000 for Suganya Hall, Rs. 20,000 for Aparna Hall, Rs. 15,000 each for Kanagam and Madhu Hall, and Rs. 10,000 each for Suganya Mini Hall and Aparna Mini Hall.

- Venue provides decoration at extra cost, with price starting from Rs. 5,000; outside vendors are not allowed.

- In house DJ is not available, one can bring their own DJ.

- 2 rooms are available as complimentary for big events like marriages, reception, etc. and 1 room is available as complimentary for small events like birthday parties, etc.

- Has an ample space for parking, having a capacity for up to 180 cars and 1000 two wheeler at a time.

- Advance payment of Rs. 5,000 has to be made at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation but it can be adjusted within a year at any of the branches in the city.

- 18% GST will be applicable.
