Hotel Kanchi provides inhouse marriage halls for weddings, receptions, other functions and exhibitions with all arrangements completely undertaken. Seminars and Conferences for Corporates are also arranged at the venue.

- The rental charges of the venue are Rs. 1,00,000 plus Rs. 10,000 electricity cost, for Kanchi , Rs. 85,000 plus Rs. 10,000 electricity cost for Meenakshi Kalyana Mandapam and Rs. Rs. 50,000 plus Rs. 10,000 electricity cost for Conference Hall, and Rs. 30,000 plus Rs. 10,000 electricity cost for Glassroom.

- One can bring their own food, only veg, ready made as no cooking facility is there in the venue. In the case the rental charges will double.

- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost, with price starting from Rs. 35,000; one can bring vendor of their own choice as well.

- Play DJ is not allowed in the venue, normal music can be played. Venue provides normal music service for Rs. 5,000; one can bring their own as well.

- 4 rooms are available as complimentary for big events and 1 room will be available as complimentary each with Glass Room and Conference Hall.

- Has an ample space for parking, having a capacity for up to 30 cars at a time

- 2/3rd of the total amount has to paid at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.

- 18% GST will be applicable.
